EasyLaw does not provide legal advice. All AI-generated drafts, research summaries, and analysis outputs are working aids for qualified legal professionals and must be reviewed before use in any legal proceeding or client communication.

4. Proprietary Rights and Use Restrictions
4.1 No Scraping or Automated Access
You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or any automated means to access, download, copy, or index any part of the Service, its data, or its legal research indices without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to reproducing search results, case summaries, or structured legal data obtained through the Service.
4.2 Intellectual Property
All structured indices, knowledge graphs, AI models, annotations, summaries, and compiled legal datasets within EasyLaw are the proprietary work product of Solution Forty Two (Pvt) Ltd. The underlying public-domain source material (e.g., court judgments, legislation) remains in the public domain, but our structured, indexed, and annotated compilations are protected by copyright and database rights under applicable law.
4.3 Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for your own internal legal practice purposes as described in these Terms. You may cite, reference, and rely on research outputs in your professional work. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit EasyLaw’s compiled datasets or structured outputs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or entity that violates these restrictions. We may pursue all available legal remedies for unauthorized scraping, copying, or redistribution of our proprietary compilations.

7. AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted features (drafting, research summaries, analysis) produce outputs based on language models and indexed legal collections. These outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.
8. Research and Citations
Legal research results include jurisdiction, source attribution, and date accessed. Coverage varies by jurisdiction and source availability. We do not guarantee exhaustive or complete coverage of any jurisdiction's legal materials.
